Questions

What is Asyncly?

A multiplayer workspace for building with AI agents, on Mac or the Windows beta.

Is this an OpenAI event?

No. Asyncly runs it independently, and you use your own Codex account.

What do I need?

A computer, a Codex account, and the weekend.

What does it cost?

Nothing. Sign in to Asyncly with your sign-up email and you get 30 days free from your first task, even if you’ve had a trial. No card.

Can I start early?

Plan all you want, but write the code during the build. List any libraries, templates or assets you use. Existing projects and reskins don’t qualify.

How do pairs work?

You both sign up. One of you shares a Project in Asyncly and invites the other. Add your teammate when you submit. Pairs split their prize.

How does voting work?

Anyone with a confirmed email can vote, one pick per category. You can’t vote for your own project, and totals stay hidden until the results.

Who owns what I build?

You do. It appears in the gallery for voting. Anything beyond that is your choice.

Does my project need AI in it?

No. It just has to fit a category.
