Asyncly support
For the beta period, support is handled directly by the Asyncly team while onboarding, billing, and account recovery are hardened.
Before Contacting Support
Keep your license email, license type, app version, macOS version, and a short description of the issue available. Do not include API keys, private source code, customer data, or secrets in an initial support request.
Common Setup Checks
- Activate the desktop app with the same email used for trial or checkout.
- Confirm Codex is installed and signed in on the same computer.
- Add at least one local project folder from the Asyncly setup panel.
- Restart Asyncly after adding a workspace if the app prompts for it.
