Google connections
Use Google services from your Asyncly tasks with the account and permissions you choose.
Availability
The desktop connection flow is implemented and undergoing production qualification. Public access to the full Google suite is pending Google verification and confirmation of applicable Google and AI-provider data requirements. It is not yet available to every customer.
Choose the services your task needs
Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Search Console, Google Analytics 4 and Tag Manager use one guided Google account connection. Read access and actions such as editing, sending or publishing are selected separately. The same connection can provide tools to Codex and Claude.
Connect from Project settings
- Open your Project's settings and choose Connections for the Source you want to use.
- Choose Google and select the services and actions to allow.
- Choose Continue with Google, select your Google account, and review Google's consent screen.
- Return to Asyncly and check the account email and granted access on the connection card.
You do not need to create a Google Cloud project, supply an API key, or register your own app.
Keep client accounts separate
Connect your work account in one Workspace and a different account in another. Each connection is assigned to a Source within its Project. Connecting, reconnecting or disconnecting there does not replace an account in another Workspace. Reconnect preserves the existing account; use Add account to connect a different one.
You control access and changes
Google may grant only some of the requested access, and your organization may restrict third-party apps. Asyncly shows the access actually granted. Changes, sends and publishing require approval before they run. Use Manage access to reconnect or change permissions, or disconnect to remove this Source's authorization.
