Terms of Service

Last updated May 21, 2026. These terms describe the commercial use of Asyncly.

Use of Asyncly

Asyncly is a desktop and platform service for supervising local development workspaces, Codex sessions, and related workflow context. You are responsible for the commands you run, the repositories you connect, and the output you accept from any agent or automation tool.

Trials and Subscriptions

Trial, beta, internal, comped, and paid access are controlled by an Asyncly license. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Access may be suspended, revoked, or allowed to enter a grace state if a subscription is canceled, unpaid, refunded, abused, or otherwise no longer valid.

Local Code and Credentials

You should not paste secrets into Asyncly prompts unless you intend to expose them to the local tools and providers involved in that workflow. You remain responsible for code review, tests, deployment decisions, and compliance obligations in your own projects.

Availability

Asyncly may change during trial and beta periods. Features, pricing, packaging, supported platforms, and integrations can change as the product moves toward broader commercial availability.

Contact

For billing, support, or account questions, use the support contact listed on the Asyncly support page.
