Desktop App License Agreement

License

Asyncly grants you a limited, non-transferable license to install and use the desktop app while you have a valid trial, beta, comped, internal, or paid subscription license.

Local Operation

The desktop app runs on your computer and coordinates local workspace context, local Codex CLI execution, and local app state. You are responsible for reviewing commands, code changes, test results, and deployments.

Restrictions

Do not redistribute the app, bypass license checks, reverse engineer commercial platform controls, use Asyncly to violate third-party terms, or use it in a way that compromises private code, credentials, systems, or data.

Updates

Asyncly may publish new builds, revoke unsafe releases, and require updates for compatibility, security, billing, or platform access.

Termination

Access may end when your license expires, is revoked, or when your subscription is canceled or unpaid.
