Send a support report

Tell us what happened and what you expected. Include your app version and device. Keep passwords, keys and private code out of your report.

Email support@asyncly.ai. Include your Asyncly account email, app version, device and operating-system version, and a short description of what happened. We aim to respond within two business days.

Report a hosted site

To report phishing, malware, or other abuse on an asyncly.app site, email support@asyncly.ai. Include the full site address and a short description. You do not need an Asyncly account to report a site.

Protect your data

Do not send API keys, provider credentials, private source code, customer data, or complete repository archives. Share diagnostic logs or screenshots only when you are comfortable with Asyncly reviewing them.

Desktop setup

Sign in with the same Asyncly account used for trial or checkout.
Confirm your selected coding provider is installed and signed in on the Mac.
Add at least one local project folder from Asyncly setup.
Keep the Mac awake and Asyncly open when supervising work from iPhone or iPad.

Mobile connection

Use the same Asyncly account on the Mac and mobile device.
Allow Local Network access when connecting directly to a nearby Mac.
If the Mac appears offline, open Asyncly on the Mac and use Reconnect on mobile.
Voice and photo access are requested only when you choose those features.

Account and privacy

Manage your account at asyncly.ai/account. To permanently remove it without contacting support, use the in-app Delete account action or the direct account deletion page. Privacy questions can also be sent to support@asyncly.ai.
